Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week

Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (HHAW) is a national effort to bring attention to the issues of food insecurity and homelessness in our communities. The Center for Student Engagement and Leadership (CSEL) is proud to educate the Nighthawk community through engaging programs, awareness campaigns, and service opportunities.

CEFL is committed to empowering students, faculty, and staff to understand these challenges, take action, and make a meaningful impact in our local and global communities.

How You Can Help

CEFL invites student organizations, faculty and staff, and campus departments to plan programs, workshops, service activities, or awareness campaigns focused on hunger and homelessness. Whether it’s a volunteer opportunity, educational session, fundraiser, or creative campaign, your program can make an impact.

Share your ideas by October 1st and join us in making a difference this November! For more information or questions, email engage@ung.edu
