Delay Notice

With the delays with USPS, postal mail has taken as long as six weeks to reach �鶹��Ƶ. Due to this, we highly recommend you use the online payment methods, which include the ability to pay directly from your bank account as well as credit/debit card payment options.

Fall 2025 Semester Deadlines

Fall Invoices Available - June 13, 2025
Registered on or before July 31, 2025?

Fee Payment Deadline - August 1, 2025
Payment is due by 3 p.m. Please review your student invoice in Banner prior to the listed payment deadlines. Be aware that your fees may differ from semester to semester based on class selection/location. Do not assume your financial aid will automatically cover your entire bill. You must pay the balance not covered by pending financial aid.

Students with an unpaid balance at this time will have a $75.00 late fee added to your account.

Drop for Non-Payment - August 8, 2025

Classes will be dropped at 3 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025 for all students registered on or before July 31, 2025 with an outstanding balance.

If classes are dropped, the student may re-enroll in full session classes & first short session classes starting August 11, 2025.

Registered after August 1, 2025?

Removal for Non-Payment Deadline - August 15, 2025 for students with outstanding balances for any Fall 2025 courses.

Students will be subject to a removal for non-payment at 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 15, 2025 for all students registered with an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed. Students removed from their courses will be required to submit reinstatement forms for each course once payment of term balance due in full as well as an additional $75.00 late registration fee is required.

Removal for Non-Payment Deadline - Second Short Session, October 7, 2025, 5 p.m.

Students taking only classes for the Second Short Session for Fall 2025 should review their invoices and make payment by 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Any student having an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments will be removed from their classes at that time for non-payment. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Payment Deadline - January 17, 2025

Students will be subject to a removal for non-payment at 3 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025 for all students registered with an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Removal for Non-Payment Deadline - Second Short Session, March 18, 2025, 5:30 p.m.

Students taking only classes for the Second Short Session for Spring 2025 should review their invoices and make payment by 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Any student having an outstanding balance beyond pending financial aid payments will be removed from their classes at that time for non-payment. Financial aid memo credits covering balances will prevent classes from being removed.

Summer 2025 Semester Deadlines

Registered On or Before April 30, 2025?

Fee Payment Deadline - May 2, 2025 at 3 p.m.

All students pre-registered as of April 30, 2025 for Summer 2025 with an outstanding balance with be assessed a $75.00 late fee on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 3 p.m.

Drop for Non-Payment - May 16, 2025

All students pre-registered as of April 30, 2025 with an outstanding balance will be dropped from their Summer schedules on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 3 p.m.

Registered On or After May 1, 2025?

Payment Deadline - May 23, 2025 at 3 p.m.

Any students registered for Summer Session (Maymester, First Short, Second Short, or Full) with an outstanding balance will subject to a removal for non-payment on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 3 p.m.

Registered Only for the 2nd Short Session?

Payment Deadline – June 24, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

Students registered for Second Short Summer Session with an outstanding balance will be subject to a removal for non-payment on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
