Voting

Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s mission is to prepare students to become leaders throughout their world. The foundation to leading others is leading oneself by being an engaged citizen. According to the National Student of Learning, Voting, and Engagement report, Â鶹ÊÓƵ students participate in elections at a higher rate than other institutions on average.

In fact, more than 72% of Â鶹ÊÓƵ students participated in the 2020 election. (Institute for Democracy & Higher Education, 2022) Â鶹ÊÓƵ encourages students to develop good habits of active citizenship and staying informed, making civic participation a shared value on our campuses.

Voting is the expression of our commitment to ourselves, one another, this country, and this world.
