Â鶹ÊÓƵ

Renee Hayes is the Executive Director of Evergreen Learning at the University of North Georgia. In this role, she leads Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s university-wide lifelong learning and workforce development initiative across all campuses, developing accessible, future-focused programs that serve working professionals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, community members and lifelong learners. She joined the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community in 2025.

Prior to joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Hayes held leadership positions in graduate business education at Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Her professional background also includes leadership experience in corporate strategy, business development, marketing, communications and consulting.

Hayes is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership at Georgia Southern University. She holds an Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and completed the Business Analytics Program at Harvard Business School.
